Dr. Ellen Norve (Drysdale) is a General Dentist at Lakeside Dental in Halifax
Ellen has over 30 years of experience, she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with an emphasis on family dental care, prevention and cosmetic dentistry. Ellen is a lifelong learner and for years has been part of Aim for Excellence study group, Seattle Study Group and Implant (ITI) study group. Ellen takes a sincere interest in everyone; with her warm and caring style she can customize dental treatment to meet each patient’s individual specific needs.
Ellen is from Halifax and attended Dalhousie University for both her science and dental degrees. She was the recipient of the Quintessence Award for greatest proficiency in clinical dentistry and academic achievement, Quintessence Prize for excellence in clinical achievement in periodontics and Canadian academy of periodontology prize. Ellen is a member of the Nova Scotia Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and licensed with the NS Dental Board.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys a healthy lifestyle with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors, running, cycling, skiing and enjoys reading, cooking and time with her grown children and pups. Ellen recognizes dental health is part of your overall well being.
